2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old.

3. Rental Period

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of rental.
11. Termination
The Rental Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement for any breach of these terms.
Upon termination, the Renter must return the vehicle immediately.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA/Florida.
